Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage which involves the manipulation of soft tissue to help correct problems and imbalances often caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity. Sports massage is an effective treatment for the release of tension which can restore balance, enhance performance, aid recovery and

prevent injury.

What are the benefits?

Sports massage will benefit anyone with chronic pain, sports injury, or range-of-motion issues. Those who are health conscious and want to avoid the build up of muscle tension as result of ongoing exercise will also benefit from regular sports massage treatment. This will enable them to feel more mobile and energised from the improvement of the blood flow to the muscles.

What can I expect?

Your first appointment prior to treatment will consist of an initial assessment, which will involve a brief discussion about your health background, your lifestyle, and where your pain points are located. This will help us treat you most effectively and ensure you get the most out of your treatment. 

Sports Massage - Follow up / Maintance Treatment (60 Mins) £50

*Please note that this session is for clients that have already been for their initial assessment. If you're booking for the first time please select 'Sports Massage Initial Assessment'.. This is the most common treatment following your initial assessment. Monthly maintance massage help keep muscle dysfunction at bay
